Star Wars gets the Peaky Blinders

That's it. After the questions, we now know that Steven Knight, author of the Peaky Blinders series, will be in charge of writing some of the next Star Wars films.

After the departures of the Damon Lindelof (Watchmen) and Justin Britt-Gibson (Counterpart) duo and the showrunners of Game of Thrones, it is still on a series author on whom Disney is betting to write the next Star Wars trilogy, and by anyone, since it is Steven Knight, the creator of the Peaky Blinders series.

The next title of a Star Wars movie will be known in April

The latter is also an author of films including Eastern Promises, Locke, Allied, Spencer, Serenity, The Girl in the Spider's Web, Seventh Son and the series Taboo, See, SAS: Rogue Heroes and of course Peaky Blinders. Note that at the same time, the only other Star Wars films still in preparation are those of Taika Waititi and Shawn Levy, and it is even during the next Star Wars convention, which will be held in London next April, that a title should be revealed.
