They were angry but… The Rock will be back in a Fast & Furious

It's official, Dwayne Johnson will be back in a film derived from the Fast & Furious franchise for Universal. He announces it himself in the video below: "Thank you the Fast Family".

Chris Morgan, the author of the screenplay Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw, will be in charge of writing the screenplay for this new breed.

The transition film, a new genre?

Warning, this new film will not be a "Hobbs & Shaw" derivative. It will serve as a transition film between Fast X and Fast XI. It should also highlight other characters that belong to the universe of the film saga.

The Rock and Vin Diesel together for the good of the franchise

This return of The Rock in the franchise is quite a surprise as the dispute between him and star producer Vin Diesel seemed insoluble (see Dwayne Johnson severely tackles Vin Diesel, an old story from 2016). Dwayne Johnson wanted to clarify things! “Last summer, Vin and I put it all behind us. We will lead together with brotherhood and determination, and always care for the franchise, the characters and the fans we love. Despite our differences, me and Vin have been like brothers for years.” If that's not all cute. Of course, this has nothing to do with business.
