On the occasion of the IFA Berlin 2026 trade show, TCL unveils a new range of premium soundbars. Comprised of the Q75K, Q85K and Q95K models, this series marks a close collaboration with the Danish expert Bang & Olufsen, promising perfect reproduction of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtracks.
After renewing its television catalog, TCL is taking advantage of the Berlin trade show to officially announce the arrival in Europe of its new soundbars. The flagship of this 2026 generation, the partnership with Bang & Olufsen is not limited to the addition of a simple logo. The Danish company actively participated in the acoustic development, the design of the transducers and the sound tuning of the entire range (with tests carried out directly in its facilities in Denmark). The Beosonic interface is also included to adjust the sound signature.
TCL Q95K, 11.1.4 channels and 1,420 W
At the top of the range, the TCL Q95K stands out as the manufacturer’s most ambitious model, built to compete with the market benchmarks. It deploys an 11.1.4-channel architecture thanks to 22 speakers distributed between the soundbar, a wireless subwoofer and two rear surround speakers integrating upward-firing [abc]Dolby Atmos[/abc] effect drivers. The announced total power peaks at 1,420 watts.
TCL Q85K, 7.1.2 channels and 1,180 W
Just below it, the TCL Q85K uses the same main bar but does without the rear speakers, thus offering a 7.1.2-channel configuration driven by 16 speakers for a total power of 1,180 watts.
It comes with the same wireless subwoofer as its bigger sister, equipped with two 18 cm speakers mounted in opposition (Push-Push) to deliver deep bass while reducing unwanted cabinet vibrations.
TCL Q75K, 7.1.2 in a single bar
The real technical tour de force may be the Q75K model. Designed for those who do not want the bulk of an external subwoofer, this model has 14 independent speakers to recreate a true 7.1.2 architecture (including two vertical channels and a dedicated bass channel). The total power output is 580 watts. To compensate for the lack of an external subwoofer, TCL has integrated two [abc]woofers[/abc] positioned in opposite directions (force cancellation), preventing the bar from resonating despite bass extending down to 60 hertz.
TCL Q Series, HDMI 2.1, 4K/144 Hz and Tutti Choral function
The entire series benefits from the AI Sonic-Adaptation acoustic calibration system to adjust to the listening room. If you own a compatible TCL TV, the Tutti Choral function lets you synchronize the screen’s speakers with those of the soundbar to widen the soundstage. On the connectivity side, TCL makes a strong showing with [abc]HDMI[/abc] 2.1 ([abc]eARC[/abc]) ports supporting [abc]Ultra HD[/abc] [abc]4K[/abc] passthrough at 144 Hz, [abc]VRR[/abc] and [abc]ALLM[/abc], ideal for gamers on PC or next-generation consoles. [abc]Wi-Fi[/abc] 6, [abc]AirPlay 2[/abc], [abc]Bluetooth[/abc] 5.2 and Spotify Connect round out the spec sheet. One last detail: the soundbar can be used placed on a piece of furniture or in a vertical position via its wall mount. It features a gyroscope capable of automatically adjusting the acoustic projection if it is placed on furniture or mounted on the wall.
