Panasonic SC‑PM302: compact 60 W mini Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth 6.0, CD audio player, USB and DAB

Alongside the SC-PMX112 presented yesterday in our columns, Panasonic is marketing the SC-PM302, a compact mini Hi-Fi system designed for versatile everyday listening. On the program: 60 W stereo digital amplification, wooden speakers, audio CD player, Bluetooth 6.0 controller, USB port and DAB+ tuner at a very affordable price of 129 euros.

An alternative that is more accessible and less bulky than the SC-PMX112, the new Panasonic SC-PM302 (without [abc]Wi-Fi[/abc] connectivity) is aimed at users looking for a simple audio solution for everyday use. Its reduced size allows it to fit easily into different rooms of the home, whether in a bedroom, kitchen, living room, or office.

Panasonic SC‑PM302, 60 W RMS stereo sound and wooden speakers To ensure balanced playback across a wide range of music genres, the Panasonic SC-PM302 relies on digital amplification delivering a total stereo power of 60 W (2 x 30 W at 30% THD!) through two 10 cm full-range speakers housed in wooden enclosures, connected by detachable 1.2-meter cables. Just like its bigger sister, five preset equalization modes (Powerful, Clear, Bright, Warm, Balanced) are available to adjust the sound signature according to listening preferences.

Panasonic SC‑PM302: Bluetooth 6.0, audio CD player, DAB+ and 2.4-inch color display Despite its compact form factor, the SC-PM302 brings together the essentials of current and classic music sources: wireless [abc]streaming[/abc] via a [abc]Bluetooth[/abc] 6.0 chip (Class 2 for a range of about 10 m, A2DP/AVRCP profiles) from a smartphone or tablet, motorized tray [abc]CD audio[/abc] player (compatible with [abc]CD-R[/abc]/[abc]CD-RW[/abc]), 2.0 [abc]USB[/abc]-A port for playing [abc]MP3[/abc] files and charging a mobile device (5 V/500 mA), 3.5 mm mini-jack line input as well as a dual digital radio tuner with [abc]DAB+[/abc] (30 presets) and FM RDS (30 presets).

The unit adopts a clean, minimalist design intended to blend naturally into contemporary living spaces, complemented on the front by a 2.4" (6.1 cm) color TFT [abc]LCD[/abc] screen that is easy to read for simple everyday navigation and use. It also includes clock, programmable alarm, and automatic standby functions.
