Black gothic atmosphere and graphic scenes of rare violence are on the menu of an ultra-paced trailer led by actors who give the impression of being inhabited by their role. The official synopsis specifies: “Eric Draven (Bill Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA Twigs), his fiancée, are attacked and killed by a gang after the car of couple has broken down. Eric is resurrected by a crow and takes revenge on those who took his life and that of his sweetheart. Laura Birn, Sami Bouajila and Jordan Bolger complete the cast of the film directed by Rupert Sanders (Ghost in the Shell, Snow White and the Huntsman) from a screenplay by Zach Baylin and Will Schneider. The film with a budget of 50 million dollars will arrive in French cinemas on June 5.
