Considered one of the greatest westerns ever made and perhaps even Sergio Leone's greatest film, Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) is set to be released in 4K HDR Dolby Vision on the 15th May in France. The film underwent photochemical restoration via the Film Foundation supervised by Martin Scorsese from the original 35mm Techniscope negative, in partnership with the Paramount archive team and L'Immagine Ritrovata in Italy.

This new edition will also feature supplements including audio commentary from Spaghetti Westerns podcast hosts Jay Jennings and Tom Betts; another with John Carpenter, John Milius and Alex Cox; yet another with film historians Sir Christopher Frayling and Dr Sheldon Hall, as well as members of the film's cast.
