Kit Harington at the foot of the Wall
Comedian Kit Harington will once again play the character whose real name is Aegon Targaryen, a potential heir to the Iron Throne. In the last episode of the Game of Thrones series, the latter, exiled from Westeros, goes north of the Wall with the Wildlings, determined to leave his old life behind him.
A Game of Thrones prequel in preparation
At the moment, this is the only spin-off series currently in development. The action will take place after the events of Game of Thrones. Among the other spin offs in preparation, a prequel stands out, it will take place three centuries before the events of Game of Thrones and will center on the character of Aegon Targaryen I of the name at the time of his conquest of Westeros, the first to being seated on the Iron Throne and founder of the Targaryen dynasty.
