In addition to the Reality Pro headphones, Apple made several announcements at WWDC 2023, including an upcoming software update for AirPods headphones.
New AirPods Pro
Thus, the AirPods Pro will benefit from an Adaptive mode, a mix between Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode. Concretely, the Adaptive mode automatically adapts the level of noise cancellation according to the environment in which the user is immersed. It also allows you to reduce external sounds during telephone calls, and thus avoid parasitic sounds. Another novelty for the AirPods Pro, the Custom Volume which learns the listening habits of the user to, little by little, automatically and perfectly adjust the sound volume according to their environments.

The AirPods will benefit for their part from a Silence function, to mute the voice of the user during a call by simply tapping on an earpiece. Also note the improvement of the Continuity function so that the headphones connect from one Apple device to another in a fluid way.
