Mova LumeGret A2000 and LumeGret A4000, Plug-and-Play solar stations with artificial intelligence

Already recognized in the world of smart homes and robotic lawn mowers, the Mova brand proposes to redefine residential energy autonomy with the launch of the LumeGret A2000 and A4000. Presented at the IFA trade show in Berlin in September 2026, these AI-powered “Plug-and-Play” solar energy storage systems transform the home electrical installation into an intelligent, automatically optimized ecosystem.

Mova, global specialist in smart home solutions, is making a notable entry into the European residential solar equipment market. With the new LumeGret A2000 and A4000 stations (see photo below), the manufacturer offers a unified architecture that combines a bidirectional hybrid micro-inverter, a battery system, and a solar charge controller within a single unit. This all-in-one design greatly reduces wiring complexity and enables quick Plug-and-Play installation, without requiring the costly intervention of a certified electrician. The system is equally suited to a balcony, terrace, or garden, with the energy being directly fed back into the home network via a standard wall socket.

Mova LumeGret A4000, scalable capacity up to 20 kWh The flagship model, the LumeGret A4000, starts with a base capacity of 4 kWh, which can be expanded up to 20 kWh by vertically stacking up to four additional battery packs. Designed for rooftop installations or more complex needs, it supports up to 3,600 W of photovoltaic input (thanks to multiple MPPT inputs) and delivers an AC output power of 2,500 watts. On its side, the more compact LumeGret A2000 model offers a 2 kWh base (expandable to 12 kWh) and an AC output power of 1,500 watts. In the event of a power outage on the grid, both systems instantly switch to Backup mode to keep critical devices running.

Artificial intelligence and electric vehicle charging At the heart of this ecosystem is the AI energy management system called LumeGret Orbi. Coupled with the Movahome mobile app, it makes it possible to monitor solar production in real time and optimize self-consumption by taking into account the dynamic tariffs of more than 860 energy suppliers. Another major asset: FluxCharg technology enables adaptive charging of electric vehicles (up to 2.5 kW) by dynamically adjusting the power allocated according to real-time sunlight. Mova is also pushing integration even further by connecting this energy storage to its own smart lawn mowers, thus prioritizing renewable energy for garden maintenance.

Mova LumeGret A4000 and Mova LumeGret A2000, record durability of 20 years Designed to withstand European conditions, the LumeGrets rely on batteries capable of handling up to 10,000 charge cycles. Mova therefore announces a structural lifespan of 20 years for its equipment, all covered by a 10-year warranty and overseen by an industrial-grade battery management system (BMS). From an economic standpoint, the manufacturer estimates that this investment can pay for itself in about 2 to 3.5 years, thanks to savings on the electricity bill and tariff arbitrage between peak and off-peak hours.

The Mova LumeGret range is available immediately. Indicative prices start at around €1,000, with a recommended retail price listed at €1,229 for the LumeGret A2000 and €1,849 for the LumeGret A4000.
