Since the gentleman's iPhone and Apple Watch were in "Do Not Disturb" mode, the alerts were not seen immediately. But as soon as he discovers them, the lucky future calls his doctor who, after checking the heart rate and the blood oxygen level, sends his patient directly to the emergency room.
