Yamaha RX-A8A/A6A/A4A/A2A, RX-V6A/RXV-2A, VRR and ALLM update

Four months after the 8K/60, 4K120 and HDR10+ update for its Yamaha RX-A8A, Yamaha RX-A6A and Yamaha RX-A4A amplifiers (see our Yamaha RX-A8A/A6A/A4A news, update 8K/60, 4K/120 and HDR10+), manufacturer Yamaha is offering new firmware providing VRR and ALLM functionality for its latest range of audio-video amplifiers.

Thus, the new Firmware for the moment only via the MusicCast application (waiting to be offered in the Downloads section on the brand's website) allows the entire range of the Japanese manufacturer to take advantage of VRR and of the ALLM, namely the Yamaha RX-V4A, Yamaha RX-V6A, Yamaha RX-A2A, Yamaha RX-A4A, Yamaha RX-A6A and Yamaha RX-A8A models.

HDMI 2.1 QMS and QFT functions to come later
