According to figures from Park Associates, in the third quarter of 2021 among American Internet users subscribing to a broadband offer, 27% use a Samsung Smart TV (Tizen) as their main video viewing device.

The cancellation rate (churn) for SVOD services reached 45% in 2021, 5.5% more than the previous year. If customers stay on the service(s) they prefer, at the same time they switch from one service to another, pay for a program they want to see and then cancel their subscription once the viewing is over .
