Marshall Heston 120: new Cream finish for the spatial and connected soundbar

The British manufacturer Marshall announces the arrival of a new colorway (Cream, therefore cream) for its recent Heston 120 soundbar. A new light shade that adds to the brand's historic aesthetic to integrate better into contemporary living spaces, while retaining its spatial audio capabilities and comprehensive network connectivity.

Originally designed to bring the brand’s famous rock DNA into every interior, the Marshall Heston 120 soundbar (see our Marshall Heston 120 news, a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos/DTS:X soundbar with Bluetooth Auracast) is therefore getting a new look.

When Marshall heritage meets modernity Between its woven front grille, its knurled transport controls characteristic of the brand, and its finishes directly inspired by the company’s famous guitar amplifiers, the Heston 120 asserts its singular personality. This new cream color softens its lines and shapes its appearance, without ever betraying Marshall’s iconic codes. More than just an audio device, the system presents itself as a design piece in its own right, imagined to blend naturally into modern living rooms.

Sound takes on a new dimension Designed to enhance the action on screen and extend the musical experience well beyond the credits of a film or series, the Marshall Heston 120 delivers an immersive and expansive soundstage, both for audiovisual content and for music, according to the brand. Thanks to spatial audio processing, the acoustic message is widely dispersed throughout the room. For their part, deep and powerful basses support soundtracks and give special effects a strikingly realistic impact.

Ergonomics and network connectivity In use, there are four listening modes (Music, Movie, Voice and Night) allowing the rendering to be finely adjusted to each situation, from a big late-night home cinema session to listening to everyday playlists. Integration into the home audiovisual system proves very simple with a direct connection to the television via the [abc]HDMI[/abc] [abc]eARC[/abc] port. The soundbar also makes streaming a priority thanks to support for [abc]Chromecast (integrated)[/abc], [abc]AirPlay 2[/abc], Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect.

Immediate availability. Indicative price: 999 euros. A package combining the Heston Cream and the Heston Sub 200 wireless subwoofer is also offered at a price of 1,498 euros.
