Unfortunately a little too late to arrive under the Christmas tree, The Dog Star 4K is announced to be in stores on December 26 next.
A film with bite
This adaptation of Petter Heller's eponymous novel, with Jacob Elordi, Josh Brolin, Margaret Qualley and Guy Pearce, is therefore directed by Ridley Scott, the filmmaker behind Alien, Blade Runner and Gladiator, among others. Not exactly a slouch, then. Yet, according to the reviews (see ours by clicking on The Dog Stars), his film is not without flaws... Its 4K UHD release will allow you to make up your own mind.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the film will come with bonus features: behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot, as well as deleted scenes.
