Foldable iPhone, a strong argument against competitors?

Late on the foldable smartphone market, how does Apple intend to distinguish its ideal iPhone from the rest of the competition?

Rumors continue to swirl about the arrival of the first foldable iPhone next year, and Bloomberg's Mark Gurman recently discussed the arguments Apple could use to differentiate its device from the competition, which has already been established in this sector for a few years.

To begin with, where the existing models, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold/Flip or Google Pixel Pro Fold, remain niche products (whose sales are declining year on year, by the way), the foldable iPhone will be considered a member of the existing family, however, becoming the most premium of its members, replacing the Pro Max in this role.

As for the technical arguments, Gurman mentions the "almost invisible" groove in the center of the foldable screen, as well as a new type of hinge "of higher quality" than those of competitors. On this subject, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had explained that the hinge would be made of a mixture of titanium and stainless steel.
