Even if rumors claim that Meta admires the Apple Vision Pro behind the scenes, there is no question for its CEO Mark Zuckerberg to admit it in public. On the contrary, the latter staunchly maintains that its own competing product, the Meta Quest 3, is much better.

Among the valid arguments cited by the person concerned, let us note the weight of the Quest 3 (100 g less), a larger library of dedicated content (normal given the age of the device) and a price seven times lower. The Apple Vision Pro is expensive, that's for sure, but that's the price of a technology that literally assassinates all the competition. Apple's device is also the only one to play movies in 3D, 4K HDR Dolby Vision and HFR.
Zuckerberg also forgets to mention the commission he takes from developers : 47.5% against Apple's 30%. Let's not talk about the low contrast LCD screens and poor quality passthrough. But hey, it's normal that the CEO of Meta tries to motivate the troops just after 'Apple has literally planted a bomb on the mixed reality market, which until then had been a little dormant.
