The fury of life, doubly breathtaking in 4K Ultra HD

Nicholas Ray's Fury of Life, dating from 1955, is about to reappear in a whole new light, in 4K Ultra HD. James Dean and Natalie Wood were worth it.

At the start of the 1950s, a series of American films recounted the malaise of part of the youth, not wishing to blindly follow parental models and the values of a ruthless society based on success and frenzied individualism. After Marlon Brando and his famous biker jacket (L'équipée sauvage, 1954), it's James Dean's turn to embody this malaise.

4K unreleased

In La fury de vivre, he plays the role of an idle teenager who kills time by participating in suicidal car races, which the tragic fate of James Dean (he would be 92 years old today) will make prophetic.

Breathtakingly beautiful, La fureur de vivre is announced in 4K UHD on April 26 at Warner in a Steelbook edition. More info ASAP.
