TV QD Oled/QD-Display Sony A95K US price: €3,000 for the 55'', €4,000 for the 65''

The information, still unofficial, comes from the American site of the Japanese manufacturer on which the Sony Rewards loyalty program has just been specified for Sony XR-55A95K and Sony XR-65A95K televisions. And it is the latter that makes it possible to smell their price...

In fact, when purchasing a television via the Sony website, the American Sony Rewards program allows the purchaser to earn points, one for each total spent, which can then be converted into goddies , gifts, accessories…

Sony Rewards loyalty points behind Sony XR-55A95K and Sony XR-65A95K TV prices

Thus, for a TV marketed at $2,299 “yields” 300 loyalty points, a TV at $7,999 8,000 points, and so on. By knowing the number of loyalty points associated with a specific reference, it is thus by carrying out the opposite conversion to find the price of the latter. However, the Sony Rewards loyalty points for the Sony XR-55A95K and Sony XR-65A95K TVs were displayed at 3,000 and 4,000 respectively, i.e. a supposed price of €3,000 and $4,000. That is prices around €500 more expensive than those of the premium Oled models for 2021, the Sony XR-55A90J and Sony XR-65A90J.

A good surprise for the new QD Oled/QD-Display technology from Samsung Display embedded in these screens, which is therefore rather competitive in financial terms. It now remains to be hoped that the Sony Rewards loyalty points provided for these TVs prove to be correct. And that Sony does not change the mechanics of its Sony Rewards program in 2022. In short, we hope that these prices will be the right ones, they would augur equally interesting prices in France…
