Disney trial, after Scarlett Johansson, Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson not happy either

Following the Black Widow star's complaint against Disney, other Hollywood stars are said to be on the verge of following suit.

Scarlett Johansson is suing Disney, claiming that she was aggrieved by the simultaneous streaming and theatrical release of Black Widow (see Scarlett Johansson Attack, Disney Strikes Back!). Since then, a persistent rumor suggests that Emma Stone could also sue Disney for Cruella (click to order), also been exploited in the cinema and on Disney +.

Dwayne Johnson in ambush?

Today, another rumor suggests that Emily Blunt may do the same regarding the simultaneous release of Jungle Cruise. A Variety article even announces that a general revolution on the subject is brewing.

It is clear in any case that conflicts between stars and studios on the subject are more frequent, and pushed by Johansson's initiative, other big names could in turn publicly attack Disney, including a certain Dwayne Johnson, one of whose agents said: “A lot of other actors support her. She has a lot of power, and the visibility of this discussion casts an embarrassing light on Disney. By doing all of this in public, she could make a difference. ”

One thing is certain, Scarlett Johansson has unleashed an offensive that is not about to stop and the outcome of which could lead to a semblance of regulation in the world of streaming. To be continued.
