Apple AirPods 5: a special Divali edition exclusive to India

In the manner of special editions marketed to celebrate the Chinese New Year, Apple’s AirPods 5 have recently been released in a new exclusive version. A limited edition, sold only in India, to coincide with the famous Diwali festival.

From November 6 to November 10, the annual Divali festivities celebrate the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. To mark the occasion, the charging case of these AirPods 5 stands out with the engraving of a new emoji, surrounded by patterns inspired by Rangoli, an Indian art based on symmetrical designs drawn on various surfaces such as floors or tables.

Beware of scalpers

This special edition is on sale until November 11 or until stocks last. It can be ordered directly on Apple’s website or purchased in person at one of the six Apple Stores in India. Note that Apple limits purchases to two units per customer, to discourage “scalpers,” those clever types who buy collector’s editions in bulk to resell them later at much higher prices.
