Is Apple's CEO going to prison soon?

If tech giants don't do enough to protect children from online nudity, the UK will not hesitate to put their executives behind bars.
The UK is reportedly on the verge of passing a new law, admittedly not easy to implement, but radical nonetheless. Its principle: to punish the CEOs of Apple, Meta, and other tech giants with prison if they don't make sufficient efforts to prevent children from encountering shocking images online. Cleaning up social media: mission impossible? More specifically, these companies must implement systems to ensure that children never come across scenes of nudity in films, on television, or even on social media. A near-impossible mission, at first glance, but no matter, since the law will allow the CEOs of the companies in question to be sent to prison for up to five years. The debate is apparently raging within the British government, between those who don't want to damage the country's relations with tech giants, those who fear that this excessive protection will affect respect for privacy, and the defenders of young people.
