French people loyal to the iPhone

Apple, Samsung and Huawei. How attached are the French to their smartphone brand?

On the occasion of its latest Global Consumer Survey, Statista interviewed nearly 2,000 smartphone owners in France to ask them how attached they were to the brand of their mobile.

The most loyal iPhone owners

Concretely, the question was: "What is the probability that you will change your smartphone brand at the next opportunity?" ". And the proposed answers were: very unlikely, unlikely, very likely, likely. IPhone users are thus the most loyal, responding very / unlikely to 56%. Then come the owners of Samsung who would keep their device at 47%. It is Huawei - the third-largest smartphone brand in France - which is struggling to convince, with 30% of faithful, and 41% who are considering changing tack.
