AirPods Pro 3, hard work

Apple's AirPods Pro 3 have arrived, and with them their share of improvements, starting with active noise cancellation announced as twice as good as that of the previous generation.

Apple AirPods Pro 3, integrated heart rate tracker££££ Certified IP57 (water and sweat resistance), they also offer better battery life, up to 10 hours of operation in Transparent mode, 67% better than the AirPods Pro 2. When noise cancellation is activated, it goes up to 8 hours.

On the real new side, there is a heart rate sensor to track your performance during a workout (heart rate and calories burned), in synchronization with an iPhone. In terms of design, the earphones are a little smaller than before but more stable thanks to a redesigned geometry. New eartips (five sizes) ensure a comfortable fit for all ear sizes.

Apple AirPods Pro 3, live translation delayed in Europe££££ The AirPods Pro 3 are compatible with the new Instant Translation feature, which automatically translates what you hear in real time using Apple Intelligence. Supported languages: English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish (more are coming by the end of the year). Note that this iOS26 new feature also works on AirPods 4 and AirPods Pro 2.

However, Apple has announced that the latter is not currently available in Europe, with the Cupertino company discreetly citing an interoperability issue with European regulations. In fact, Apple does not want the EU to impose the use of its translation tool on third parties… However, there is no doubt that an agreement will be reached in the coming months.
