Apple Vision Pro, Tim Cook believes in it!

Despite the limited public success of the Apple Vision Pro headset, Apple's CEO remains unwavering in his confidence in the product's future.

Launched early last year, the Apple Vision Pro mixed reality headset has had time to show that the public is not really interested in such an expensive product, despite its impressive technology that gives an idea of what computing could become in the future.

Apple remains confident about the product's potential, however, reaffirming its confidence during the latest quarterly results announcement by its CEO Tim Cook. "We remain very focused on this," explained Cook. "I don't want to go into details on the roadmap, but it's an area we really believe in." As for the product's limited success, Tim Cook already mentioned the subject last year: At $3,500, it's not a product for the general public. For now, it's a product for early adopters. People who want tomorrow's technology today, this is for them. Luckily, there are enough people in this situation to make it exciting."

And for the roadmap, the latest rumors predict a new model for 2028, as well as a cheaper version in 2027.
