God of War: Ragnarok on PS5, up to 120 fps and/or 4K

Sony's next hit on PlayStation 5 will make the most of the capabilities of premium TVs.

On November 9, the exclusive PlayStation God of War: Ragnarok will be released, sequel to the game God of War released in 2018 on PS4, and eagerly awaited by all owners of Sony consoles.

And to highlight the graphics capabilities of the PlayStation 5, Sony's game offers four graphics modes, two of which require a TV with HDMI 2.1:

• Preferred resolution: Ultra HD 4K resolution and 30 frames per second guaranteed

• Performance preferred: 60 frames per second guaranteed

• Resolution preferred (HFR): UHD 4K resolution and 40 frames per second guaranteed (TV with HDMI 2.1 required)

• Performance preferred (HFR ): 120 frames per second targeted (TV with HDMI 2.1 required)

We can't wait to test these various modes to see the beast in action. Namely, the performance of the PS4 version will of course be reduced, without further details.
