According to multiple leaks presented as reliable (source: wccftech) Nvidia is preparing its new generation of graphics cards for 2022.
nVidia RTX 40xx graphics cards in 2022?
Successor of the unbeatable GeForce RTX 30xx released in 2020, the RTX 40xx series is in development and will adopt the Ada Lovelace architecture and will be designed with TSMC's 5nm engraving process. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 - top model of the range - will run with Ada Lovelace AD102 and will have 18,432 Cuda cores (Compute Unified Device Architecture) compared to 10,496 for the current RTX 3090.
RTX 40xx nVidia, power of 92 Tflops?
It could be clocked at 2.5 GHz and reach 92 Tflops of calculation speed (click here, we explain what a teraflops is). The overall performance level should be 150% higher (x2.5) than the current version, which is the same difference between the RTX 2080 TI and the RTX 3090.
