While the new Switch console with Oled screen has just been released, Nintendo is already communicating about the future. In the letter sent to its investors following the announcement of its latest quarterly results, the company mentions its next console.
Nintendo has its say
Nintendo plans to "continue to expand its business around the central concept of creating products that integrate hardware and software". In other words, and not surprisingly, the company will continue to release consoles and video games. Nintendo also specifies that its “next game system” will be released in… 20xx. It is therefore certain that this new console will be seen before the end of the century. Reassuring.
