Apple iPhone Duo: out of stock until 2027, how can you buy it at the Apple Store?

Launched on October 23 last, the new foldable Apple iPhone Duo smartphone is already showing a worldwide stock shortage with delivery times pushed back to 2027. In France, direct purchase in an Apple Store without prior reservation is impossible, the apple brand imposes an online pre-order with a mandatory pickup slot to channel demand and counter resellers.

If you didn’t have the reflex to reserve, will it be possible to stop by the Apple Store around the corner and leave in complete relaxation with the new iPhone Duo? Limited stock, huge Apple-style hype and a seemingly successful device: so many factors that make the iPhone Duo a huge success worldwide. While online reservations have been overwhelmed and delivery dates are now scheduled for 2027, some hopeful fans thought that all it took was going to the Apple Store around the corner to get the most desirable device of the end of this year.

Apple iPhone Duo, ultra-limited quantities in store

And some of them will have their wish granted since Apple has ensured that the iPhone Duo would be available in limited quantities in a selection of its stores from launch day, namely last October 23. Naturally, the most determined lined up sometimes a few days in advance to be sure to get their hands on the device.

Apple Store purchase in France, online reservation required If several countries, including the United States, guarantee that iPhone Duo units will be sold in their Apple Stores, this is unfortunately not the case in other regions of the world, including France. You will need to place a specific online reservation in order to collect your product in store, on a precise date that will be communicated to you. In addition to low stock, Apple is limiting this in-store availability to avoid crowds as well as scalpers, those brigands who buy several devices and then resell them at crazy prices (even crazier than Apple’s prices, just imagine…).
