On the occasion of the IFA Berlin 2026 trade show, which closed its doors on Tuesday evening, the Strong brand announced a major strategic partnership with Google Home. Backed by its parent company Skyworth Digital Group, the company is preparing to launch a new range of products called Strong AI Home, integrating Gemini artificial intelligence to redefine the connected home.
Artificial intelligence is now at the heart of Strong's development strategy. After being one of the first approved players to offer Google TV devices equipped with Gemini AI, thus multiplying the capabilities of its [abc]streaming[/abc] boxes, [abc]HDMI[/abc] sticks, projectors and televisions, the brand is now asserting its leadership in this area with a new crucial technology partnership.

Skyworth and Google Home, a strategic OEM agreement
Indeed, Skyworth Digital Group, the parent company of Strong, is among the first companies to sign an OEM agreement directly with Google Home. As part of this alliance, the group will develop and bring to market multiple products designed specifically with Google Home to meet the expectations of consumers in the European market. An initiative aimed at firmly positioning Strong as a key player in the new era of AI-based home automation solutions. “This collaboration with Google will accelerate Strong's transformation. With Skyworth, we will not just bring AI-assisted entertainment but also redefine what a consumer can expect from a connected home,” says Charlie Zheng, CEO of Strong.

New Strong AI Home range: cameras, video doorbells and speakers
The result of this major partnership, the future Strong AI Home product range will rely on the brand-new Gemini integration program within the Google Home ecosystem. The goal is to offer the connected home a set of next-generation devices designed to simplify everyday tasks while taking home security to the next level. “We are very proud of our long-standing partnership with Google. The name of our new AI Home range alone reveals the significant benefits for consumers: entering the new Smart Home era by harnessing the power of Gemini AI to make every home simpler, smarter and more convenient,” emphasizes Lionel Paris, marketing director of Strong EU.
Availability announced for sometime in 2027 for the first devices, with new models to gradually expand the catalog. Indicative prices still unknown.
