TCL TV: Control your settings with your voice using Google Gemini AI

TCL is radically simplifying interaction with its televisions by leveraging Google Gemini artificial intelligence. Through simple voice commands in natural language, users can now adjust the picture, sound, or correct display issues on the brand's latest models. This major development transforms the voice assistant into a truly personalized technician.
A recent update expands the capabilities of the Gemini smart agent built into compatible TVs, starting with the TCL C9K, TCL X11L, TCL C8L, and TCL RM9L models. Natural requests to optimize picture and sound: You can now change your TV settings by making natural requests after activating Gemini via "Hey Google." For example, you can adjust the audio and video by saying "Switch to Sports Picture Mode" or "Increase the bass." You can also troubleshoot problems by saying things like, "The screen is too dark" or "I can't hear the dialogue." Or, optimize several parameters at once: "It's movie night, help me create a cinematic experience." A highly anticipated international rollout. For now, this feature is only available in the US, but TCL states that it will arrive later (without further details) elsewhere, and on other models.
