Primetime: Teaser for an A24 thriller unlike any other, starring Robert Pattinson

While waiting for The Batman II, fans of Robert Pattinson (soon to be seen in The Odyssey) hunting criminals might find something to enjoy in Primetime. Without a release date yet, this A24 film has just unveiled a rather vague teaser, but the synopsis reveals a little more. From morbid TV show to big-screen thriller, directed by Lance Oppenheim (Some Kind of Heaven), the film will be inspired by the controversial TV show To Catch a Predator, which aired in the United States from 2004 to 2007. It will follow a journalist who sets traps and hidden cameras in a house to apprehend pedophiles. The rest of the cast of this film, which promises to be original in both content and form, notably includes Merritt Wever, Phoebe Bridgers, Matthew Maher, Bokeem Woodbine, and Skyler Gisondo.
