27 Red Dot Design Awards 2026 for LG, including a Best of the Best for the OLED Evo W6 TV

LG Electronics announces it has won 27 awards at the 2026 Red Dot Design Awards, one of the world's most prestigious industrial design competitions. This achievement confirms the manufacturer's momentum, having already garnered 26 awards at the iF Design Awards 2026 a few weeks earlier. Among the accolades, LG has secured a prestigious Best of the Best award for its LG W6 Evo Wallpaper OLED TV, an ultra-thin model featuring True Wireless (Zero Connect) technology. With a profile of just a few millimeters and a flush-mount design, the W6 integrates the power supply and speakers directly into the panel, while the Zero Connect box can be placed up to 10 meters from the TV for a completely clean installation. The manufacturer also points out that it has obtained TÜV Rheinland True Wireless Lossless Vision certification (see our LG news article: First TVs certified True Wireless Lossless Vision by TÜV Rheinland), guaranteeing lossless video transmission. Awards in all categories: TV, audio, home appliances, and robotics. Beyond Wallpaper TV, LG is recognized for a wide range of products: a French door refrigerator with a Zero Clearance hinge, the minimalist Whisen Objet Collection Cool air conditioner, and the modular LG Sound Suite audio system, designed to automatically adapt Dolby Atmos sound to the room and the user (see our CES 26 news article > LG Sound Suite 13.1.7 Dolby Atmos Flex Connect: Revolutionary Soundbar). The group's growth activities are also highlighted, with an award for the LG CLOiD home robot, capable of interacting via gestures and facial expressions (see our CES 26 news > LG presents its LG CLOiD home robot and the Zero Labor Home concept), as well as for the indoor units of the LG Therma V AWHP heat pump, equipped with a 6.8-inch color interface. The SKS showroom in Chicago is also recognized for its interior design.
