LG: First TVs certified True Wireless Lossless Vision by TÜV Rheinland

LG becomes the first manufacturer in the world to obtain True Wireless Lossless Vision certification from the independent certification body TÜV Rheinland for its wireless TVs. The LG W6 Evo OLED and LG MRGB9M Mini RGB Evo models are recognized for offering "visually lossless" Ultra HD 4K video transmission, up to 165 Hz on the LG W6 OLED TVs, without any degradation in colorimetry, detail, or HDR.
LG's wireless TVs, now certified by an independent body, ensure Ultra HD 4K video transmission of equivalent quality to a wired connection. This recognition places LG at the forefront of the premium segment and validates the maturity of its Zero Connect technology, already at the heart of its most stylish models. LG G6 and LG MRGB9M, the first truly wireless TVs certified lossless UHD 4K. TÜV Rheinland confirms that the LG W6 Evo OLED TV and LG MRGB9M Evo Mini RGB TV deliver a "visually lossless" UHD 4K image, meaning faithful to the original signal. The certification covers color accuracy, reproduction of fine details, and HDR management—three critical points for wireless transmission.

On LG W6 Evo OLED TVs, wireless transmission is certified up to 165 Hz. Tests have validated the absence of compromise on fluidity, gamma, color accuracy, and HDR reproduction, confirming that the Zero Connect connection does not generate the losses usually associated with a wireless setup. LG thus becomes the first manufacturer to offer a certified wireless range covering both OLED and premium LCD displays.
