The Apple H2 processor, the only real innovation inside the headphones. The latest product to go under the knife is the new Apple AirPods Max 2, which we detailed in this article, noting improved capabilities and features compared to its predecessor, but an identical design. Is this resemblance also reflected inside the device? According to iFixit, aside from the new H2 processor in each earbud, the internal components of the AirPods Max 2 are exactly the same as those of the previous USB-C model, meaning the same flaws are still present, notably condensation buildup in humid environments.
