Philips Moving Sound 2026, the return of fun and colorful speakers

Philips Sound is reviving one of its most iconic ranges with the return of the Moving Sound collection, which blends retro design, vibrant colors, and modern technology. The four new models will arrive in the second quarter of 2026, all available in Moving Sound yellow or black, with the range's signature neon pink accents.
This new edition is part of the Philips Sound Century campaign (see our Philips Century news article: new product range to celebrate 100 years of audio innovation). The goal? To reinterpret the spirit of the 80s while incorporating current standards such as Bluetooth 6.0, Auracast, active noise cancellation, Spatial Audio, and the extensive use of recycled plastics. Philips Moving Sound 2026: four models blending retro design and modern technology. The Moving Sound 2026 range includes two Bluetooth speakers and two headphones. The products adopt the visual codes of the era, with vibrant colors and iconic shapes, while leveraging a contemporary technical platform. Batteries are replaceable, ear pads are detachable, plastics are GRS/RCS certified, and packaging is plastic-free.

Philips TAMS80 The Tube: 140W RMS and iconic tubular design

The flagship model in the range, the Philips The Tube TAMS80 is a powerful Bluetooth speaker designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It delivers a maximum power of 140W RMS through two 12.7cm woofers, two 19mm tweeters, and two passive radiators to enhance the impact of bass frequencies. Connectivity is provided by Bluetooth 6.0 Auracast and a USB port. The speaker features a color screen with an animation reminiscent of an audio cassette, pulsating lights, 24-hour battery life, a power bank function, and IP67 certification. Suggested retail price: €349.99.

Philips TAMS60 The Roller: the cult cylinder modernized££££

The Philips Roller TAMS60 speaker retains Philips' iconic cylindrical shape. It offers a maximum power of 60 W RMS via a full stereo architecture with separate woofers, tweeters, and passive radiators. Bluetooth 6.0 Auracast, USB, animated display, pulsating lights, 24-hour battery life, power bank function, and IP67 certification complete the package. Suggested retail price: €179.99.

Philips TAMS3 The Buds: Active Noise Cancellation, Spatial Audio, and 42-Hour Battery Life

They feature a fun and colorful design, while integrating Spatial Audio, hybrid active noise cancellation, multipoint pairing, Auracast Bluetooth certification, and six microphones, including three dedicated to AI for clearer calls. Battery life reaches 42 hours (active noise cancellation off) with the case, which also displays the cassette animation. IP54 certified. Suggested retail price: €79.99.

Philips TAMS1 The Ringo Duo: Retro Headphones Revisited

The Philips Ringo Duo modernizes one of the most recognizable headphones of the cassette era. Lightweight and designed for everyday use, it offers up to 26 hours of listening time, 40mm drivers, Bluetooth or USB-C connectivity, and three sets of detachable ear pads. An AI microphone improves call clarity. Suggested retail price: €34.99. Moving Sound: A tribute to the 80s for Philips Audio's 100th anniversary.
