Here are some of the new features recently announced by Taiwanese analyst Jeff Pu of the investment firm GF Securities, corroborating previous rumors: • Shrinking of the front camera's black island (or Dynamic Island), due to the need to conceal one of the Face ID technology components under the screen. • Camera sensor with a variable aperture, allowing for more light capture in dark environments, or limiting it in overly bright conditions to prevent overexposure. • A20 Pro processor, the first generation of 2nm manufacturing by TSMC for iPhones. Improved performance and even better power management. • Proprietary N2 chip for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread connections.
