Xbox Cloud Gaming is coming to Hisense Smart TVs

Unveiled at IFA Berlin 2025 last September, the availability of the Xbox app on 2026 Hisense TVs with the V HomeOS operating system has been confirmed. This will allow Xbox Game Pass subscribers to play Xbox games via streaming. This is a further step in Microsoft's strategy to make Xbox games accessible on as many devices as possible, including PCs and TVs connected via the cloud. Microsoft had this to say: "Our vision is to ensure that your games, your community, and your achievements are always at your fingertips," said Microsoft. "The arrival of the Xbox app on a selection of Hisense Smart TVs equipped with V HomeOS represents another step towards broader access to gaming on a wide variety of devices, so we can meet you wherever you want to play."
