Sharp is launching a new range of six soundbars this year, three of which feature Dolby Atmos compatibility with upward-firing speakers to create a surround effect. These also support DTS and DTS Virtual:X.
Sharp 2025 Soundbar Range, Common Specifications££££
Of course, all models are HDMI (eARC) and Bluetooth compatible for wireless streaming, and feature optical and auxiliary connections. There's also an improved HDMI CEC connector, allowing you to control both the TV and soundbar with a single remote. In addition, the new Roku TV Ready feature allows for simplified installation of soundbars with Sharp Roku TVs.
Sharp HT-SBW320, small but ultra-tough££££
A quick look at the most premium soundbar in the range, the Sharp HT-SBW320, which we previewed at the IFA Berlin 2024 show with a truly impressive demonstration. Finally available from October, it is equipped with neodymium [abc]tweeters[/abc] speakers, Class D amplification with a total power of 360 W, a wireless subwoofer and stands out for its height of only 3.6 centimeters. The listening session at IFA 2025 further reinforced our extremely positive judgment on the Sharp HT-SBW320 (in photos in this news, technical sheet below). Perhaps the best soundbar displayed under the 200 euro mark.
