136 Emmy Award nominations for Disney, including 14 for Andor

A very good score for The Walt Disney Company, which today has a remarkable total of 136 nominations for the 2025 Emmy Awards, encompassing 48 distinct productions for a wide variety of partner platforms, networks and channels, namely Disney+, Hulu, ABC, FX, National Geographic, 20th Television, Disney Branded Television, Walt Disney Studios, Lucasfilm, Marvel and Searchlight Pictures.

The 77th Emmy Awards will honor the best American television programs broadcast from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. Disney, with no small amount of pride, announced its 136 nominations. Among the most distinguished series are Andor (Disney+/Lucasfilm), which received 14 nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Directing, Writing, Original Score and Lyrics, and Special Visual Effects. The Bear (FX on Hulu) received 13 nominations, including Outstanding Comedy, Outstanding Actor and Actress, and Outstanding Direction. Our favorite, Only Murders in the Building (Hulu/20th Television), received 7 nominations, including Outstanding Comedy, Outstanding Actor, and Outstanding Ensemble in a Cast. Paradise (Hulu/20th Television) received 4 nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Actor, and Outstanding Supporting Actor. Beatles '64 (Disney+/Walt Disney Studios) is competing for Best Editing and Best Sound Mixing.
