Knives Out 3, Rian Johnson already has the film in his head

After last year's release of Knives Out: Glass Onion, the second installment of the ultra-expensive Netflix franchise starring Daniel Craig, a third film is already on the horizon.

Attributed writer-director Rian Johnson has just declared that he is very eager to get to work on the new cinematic adventures featuring detective Benoît Blanc (click Knives Out and Knives Out: Glass Onion to discover our reviews).

“This damn thing”, what?

!

As previously, this third chapter will be inspired by Agatha Christie's novels and their previous film adaptations. With the writers' strike over, Rian Johnson clarified that he was eager to get to work and already had a setting and plot in mind: "I obviously couldn't work during the writers' strike, and now that It's over, I'm in full throttle mode, and things are progressing. I have the plot, I have the setting, I already have the film in my head. It's just a matter of writing the damn thing."

Let's just hope that there will be better inspiration for this third opus than for the second, which left us wanting more. Source: The Wrap
