The Terminator appears hilarious, cigar in mouth, good foot, good eye, releasing a variant of one of his cult lines: "I'm back baby". For the rest, we guess the mixture of comedy and supercharged action.
Imagined by Nick Santora (the successful Reacher series and the much less successful Scorpion), the Fubar series features a CIA agent who, about to retire, discovers a family secret: his daughter lied to her all her life, since she too is a CIA agent. Both will be forced to resume service and join forces.
Schwarzie True Lies way
A plot that is very similar to that of True Lies, and for good reason. Schwarzenegger says, “Everywhere I go, people ask me when I'm going to do another big action comedy like True Lies. Well, here it is. Fubar will rock and make you laugh - and not just for two hours - you'll get a whole season's worth of it”.
Creator Nick Santora describes the series as "A hysterical spy comedy with jaw-dropping action." If with all this, Schwarzenegger does not reconnect with his audience... The first season, consisting of 8 episodes, will be launched on Netflix on May 25.
