GTA VI: Rockstar unveils the radio stations and a 5-star musical cast

A few weeks before the global launch set for November 19, Rockstar is dropping a small treat for Grand Theft Auto VI fans. The developer has just put online a sample of the game’s musical universe. A chance to feast your ears and discover the stars who will liven up your future rides.

The soundtrack is the very DNA of the GTA franchise. It’s hard to imagine a joyride in a stolen car without a radio station blasting the perfect hit at just the right moment. To get you in the mood before the big day, Rockstar has just launched an interactive site. There, you can get an early listen to a few snippets of the future frequencies that will flood the State of Leonida.

Bad Bunny, Burna Boy and Lana Del Rey on the decks

Among these stations, there is for example Cocoteo FM for Latin music, with none other than Bad Bunny as DJ. In addition to unreleased tracks by renowned artists, celebrities will also act as “record spinners” such as Burna Boy on AfroBank FM or Lana Del Rey on Back Country Radio.

Headphones to keep the beat on foot

Worth noting, by the way, a brand-new feature in GTA VI: the ability to listen to radio stations and podcasts even while on foot, via headphones, where these soundscapes until now were reserved only for vehicles and certain buildings.

Grand Theft Auto VI will officially be available on November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The title is already available for pre-order (generally around 79.99 euros).
