Are the iPhone 18 Pros seeing red?

Besides the classic colors that regularly reappear, Apple offers a unique "signature" color for its iPhones each year that distinguishes the range. Burgundy finish after Cosmic Orange? According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, Apple is currently testing a "dark red" color for the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max this fall. This would be the first time iPhones have adopted this color since the "(Product)Red" editions of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus, although this one leans more towards burgundy than bright red. Hopefully (for Apple's sake), this new shade will be as successful in China as the miraculous Cosmic Orange of the iPhone 17 Pro.
