Top AVcesar 2025, the best (and worst) of AI

A look back at the best news stories of 2025 on artificial intelligence, from more or less justified pessimism to its gradual integration into everyday life.
Artificial intelligence (AI) and its related technologies continue to gain ground and now dominate the news. To celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of what will undoubtedly be a new AI era, here is a small selection of often humorous articles we have published on the subject over the past twelve months. Click on the link to access the corresponding news item, and if you missed it, take a look at the 2024 selection, which is also quite juicy.

• Specialists predict that AI will be more intelligent than us before the end of the decade

• Which will also allow it to completely destroy us

• In the meantime, it is already corrupting the minds of the youngest

• On the plus side, however, it can predict crimes

• Even if it still struggles to distinguish between a weapon and a bag of chips

• On the other hand, it produces music indistinguishable from a human composition

• But it costs us a lot in electricity, a lot indeed

• Fortunately, it should contribute to major medical advances

• Even if - incidentally - it will make our doctors completely brain-dead

• On the other hand, it will make super Star Wars movies, better than Disney (not difficult, we know)

• And as a result, it will be invited to the Oscars

• And even rewarded at the Cannes Film Festival

• And if all this is getting you down, talk to Jesus, or at least his AI version. • Or how about a little naughty chat? AI can do that too.
