Foldable iPhone, first images

The dimensions of the first foldable iPhone have reportedly leaked, finally giving us a visual idea of what it will look like.
The German website iPhone-ticker has reportedly obtained the technical schematics of the very first foldable iPhone, supposedly slated for release in the fall of 2026. Foldable iPhone, unusual dimensions for this type of model. Based on these supposedly precise and real dimensions, 3D renderings have been created, providing for the first time a visual estimate of what this device would look like. The first thing to note is the dimensions of 120.6 x 83.8 x 9.6 mm when folded (see illustration below), unusual compared to current foldable models and reminiscent of an older device, the BlackBerry Passport. For comparison with another iPhone, the new foldable model would be shorter than an iPhone mini (131.5 mm), but wider (64.2 mm), and of course thicker (7.65 mm). When unfolded, the new iPhone is only 4.8 mm thick, according to this source. The external screen is described as having a 5.49" diagonal (see illustration above) and the foldable screen 7.76", in line with all previous rumors. Note the unusual 9:13 aspect ratio for the external screen (1422 x 2088 pixel resolution), while the internal display (2713 x 1920 pixels) is close to that of the iPad Mini.
