Buying Warner Bros. Discovery, the Oracle the good omen?££££

After serious rumors suggesting that Paramount Skydance, the new entity resulting from the merger between Skydance Media and the former Paramount Global, headed by David Ellison - son of Oracle founder Larry Ellison -, would be very interested in buying Warner Bros. Discovery, Netflix has just added itself to the list of suitors.

The streaming platform is even considering making an offer. In the background, despite some notable box office successes this year, Warner Bros. Discovery does not appear as solid as it should be. At least, that's what these increasingly persistent takeover rumors suggest.

Netflix crazy enough to buy Warner?££££

At the same time, the NBCUniversal group has reportedly begun to study the operation, knowing that it has very little chance of being able to finance it. Netflix, on the other hand, could well be bold enough to try. For the moment, no formal proposal or official offer has been confirmed by Paramount Skydance, Warner Bros. Discovery, or Netflix. A case to follow very closely.
