Filming for Indiana Jones 5 is complete

It's official, the shooting of the fifth opus of the Indiana Jones saga has just ended, according to its producer Frank Marshall.

Started last June (see Harrison Ford driving a racing car on the set of Indiana Jones 5), filming had to be interrupted a first time because of the pandemic, then a second time because of 'Harison Ford's shoulder injury during a rehearsal of a fight scene.

Indy digitally rejuvenated?

We remind you that Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Antonio Banderas, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renee Wilson and Toby Jones will star in this new installment in the saga directed by James Mangold. It should be released in June 2023. Note that some Indiana Jones 5 set photos suggest that the film will be set in the 1960s, in particular during August 13, 1969 in New York, the day of a parade event organized to honor the astronauts of the Apollo 11 mission.

Other set photos suggest that Harrison Ford will be digitally rejuvenated for some scenes and will fight Nazis again in flashbacks… To be continued.
