PlayStation 6, 3 consoles in sight

The next generation of PlayStation consoles could consist of three machines, including a portable one.
While Microsoft has already unveiled its next-generation consoles, codenamed Helix, Sony remains tight-lipped about its PlayStation 6, even though numerous rumors have been circulating for some time. Juicy details before next year: While we already knew that the upcoming PS6 home console would be accompanied by a portable machine, the renowned leaker Moore's Law is Dead recently spiced up the rumor mill by mentioning a third console. This would be the composition of Sony's arsenal for its next generation of consoles: • The main PlayStation 6, equipped with the semi-proprietary Orion processor; • A slightly less powerful (and therefore less expensive) PlayStation 6, equipped with the Canis processor; • A portable PlayStation 6, also equipped with the Canis processor, which is less powerful than Orion. It is further specified that the last two machines could work together. One could imagine, for example, a system like the Nintendo Switch, with a handheld console and its docking station to connect to the television. In any case, nothing is confirmed, and we'll have to wait until at least next year for official news on what Sony truly has in store for us.
