LG Electronics may source QD OLED panels from Samsung Display

According to the latest information gathered by ZDNet in Korea, LG Electronics is in discussions with Samsung Display to source OLED screens for its monitors. Specifically, the screens in question are 27-inch (69 cm) QD OLED Ultra HD 4K 240Hz models for monitors, not televisions. Nothing is signed yet, but deliveries could begin as early as the fourth quarter of this year. This agreement could be seen as a quid pro quo, given that Samsung already sources White OLED screens for televisions from LG Display.
