Hisense U7S Pro, Mini LED backlighting
The Hisense U7S Pro monitors feature a Mini LED backlighting system paired with a matte 10-bit (8-bit + FRC) LCD panel with a native 165Hz refresh rate (via the MediaTek Pentonic 800 processor) or 330Hz via HSR (Hardware Super Resolution) technology in 1080p. The Asian manufacturer advertises 512 zones on the 55" model, 960 zones on the 65" model, and 1100 zones on the 75" model. Unfortunately, information is not yet available for the 85" and 100" models. As for peak brightness, only the figures for the 55", 65", and 75" models are available: 2,000 nits for the first and 3,000 nits for the other two. The Hisense U7S Pro features Dolby Atmos/DTS:X compatibility and Hi Concerto functionality. Other features include Filmmaker Mode, IMAX Enhanced certification, and Dolby Vision IQ with an ambient light sensor. The features also include a central stand, MEMC motion compensation, Hi-View Engine AI Pro image processing (see photo below), Dolby Atmos support via a 2.1.2 audio system with a total power output of 50W (2 x 10W + 20W + 2 x 5W), the Hi Concerto function (synchronization of the TV speakers with those of compatible soundbars from the same brand), HDR Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10+ Adaptive, and HDR HLG compatibility with 90% DCI-P3 coverage thanks to the integration of Quantum Dot technology (QLED). As a reminder, this technology uses nanocrystals capable of emitting a specific color to enhance the tonal spectrum. Also worth noting is the Game Pro mode, which is compatible with 4K/165, ALLM, VRR, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Input lag is also mentioned, with 5ms for the 55", 7.5ms for the 65", and 7ms for the 75". The Hisense U7S Pro, Vidaa U9.5 Smart TV, also features a particularly fast quad-core processor (MT9655), with a focus on integrating local applications (Molotov, Canal+, Netflix, Salto, Disney+). But with Vidaa U9.5, you get the Amazon Alexa voice assistant in addition to Vidaa Voice. Also included is artificial intelligence to display recommendations on the right side of the screen based on the viewer's tastes, real-time weather information, and information on the best current apps. Finally, Vidaa U9.5 allows automatic recognition of devices connected to the TV (set-top box, game console, Blu-ray player, etc.) for significantly improved usability. It also integrates a web browser, a store with over 200 apps, and access to Netflix 4K, YouTube 4K, Prime Video 4K, and Wuaki.tv (with dedicated Netflix, YouTube, and Wuaki.tv buttons on the remote).
Hisense U7S Pro, 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs
As in 2025, the Hisense U7S Pro televisions offer connectivity including four HDMI 2.1 inputs, one optical output, two USB 3.0 ports, plus one Ethernet port. This will appeal to PC gamers who will appreciate the ability to fully utilize a graphics card capable of delivering a 165 Hz signal with this connector.
Hisense U7S Pro TV: Devialet audio system
Hisense continues its collaboration with Devialet, which provides an integrated 2.1.2 audio system. An architecture that allows you to enjoy a wider soundstage and Atmos vertical effects without immediately needing a soundbar. The goal is clear: to offer a complete cinematic experience right out of the box. Of course, the Hi Concerto feature (synchronizing the TV's speakers with those of compatible soundbars from the same brand) is included.
Hisense U7S Pro TV: premium design and refined connectivity
Vidaa U9.5 supports AirPlay 2, the aforementioned Alexa and Vidaa Voice voice assistants, Bluetooth 5.4, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 5) compatible with 2.4 GHz and 5 gigahertz frequencies. It also features an internet browser, screen sharing from a PC, tablet, or smartphone, the Vidaa ART gallery, an AI-powered automatic picture mode, and access to the VIDAA App Store. The included remote control is the ERF6P66H model, which is voice-controlled and offers direct access to the main applications. Availability is announced for June.
